The government has changed positions on that lately. I believe all gay
activity is protected now under the endangered species act, since they can't
naturally reproduce themselves. Even the Bisexual gays, you know the ones
that go for men or boys, are having trouble now due to Boy Scout regulations
hampering their attempts to reproduce.
Many have turned to prayer for the answer. Thus the regular knee crawling,
as well as the glorious cries of 'ah men' from the priests.
