Before my problems started i was 6' 3" 235 pounds
and well trained in self defense
I also have practised ti chi for over 40 years
and all those years of ti chi have paid off in the long run with my abilty
to be able to make faster recoverys nd contol pain
needles to say over the 30 some years i have woked construction all the
training and skill i have deeloped hae all been worth the effort
how many guys you know that are 48 and still working  electrical
construction  which hopefullyy i will b able to go back to by the end of the
year.
