I'd agree with that. And I mean no disrespect, but I'd hardly rely on a
realtor for any of my investments. But I understand your personal
relationship, and values to your prospects. I'd see it as more of a bad
investment, than the protection of it. People have choices. Just because
they sometimes get offended by their surroundings, doesn't necessarily mean
they can exclude the rights to other citizens, or take away, or limit others
civil liberties. Now if you blindfold them before you take them in the
house, or sell strictly at night....that's a different issue. People (most
in general) have a long history of making bad decisions. It's not your
fault.....or mine. It's just another hard fact of life.
