Re: Glass breaks again...



Allen, your experience with Napco, as well as other
users on this newsgroup may be good; My experience
however was not that good, and made them aware of it.
That does not reflect on their product, it only reflects
on the support they provided me as a potential
long term customer.

BTW, I see very few Napco panels in this area,
possibly 10 in the last 15 years. Mostly installed
in the mid 90's by an Orlando company that sold
to one of the big guys. I know of no other Napco
dealer in this area, within 70 miles or so.

Presently I use Ademco panels.
