Perhaps you may have forgotten many leaders in the local arab countries also
thought Saddam had WMD's including the leaders of Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi
Arabia and Israel.

Also Saddam's biggest contributors of weapons were.....wait for
it.....Germany, France and Russia....
