He was complaining about the authorized dealer and the many screw ups on the
job, the lack of an inspection for the permit he paid for (which by the way
was never applied for by the installing company), the residential grade
panel in a commercial application, and no return phone calls for the dealer
and the fact that without an inspection can not get his users permit from
the city. I don't think it was intimidation because this attorney really is
a good guy and understands the problems he has with the authorized dealers.
I think that after only a week of service, he really hasn't had a problem
with the mother company as of yet and hasn't connected the dots to realize
that the mother company is ultimately responsible. I think he just answered
the question honestly.
