Looks like are 2 issues, the first is that auto-stay was enable so
thats been fixed.  The IR needs to be
set to NC for the system to ready.  I removed the series resistor and
and set it to TYPE10.  The IR still
does not trip the alarm.  I metered the HI/LO terminals and it always
read about 13.4VAC whether the
sensors beams where broken or not as indicated by the LED.  I would
expect it the voltage to drop to
about 3VAC like the door switches.

  Im thinking the IR is broken!     ...anyone agree???

I think the installer is broken
