Tough way to live - having your emotions so dependent upon what others
think.

Extending the olive branch in and of itself brings one to peace -
whatever the reaction of the other person has little to nothing to do
with it.

That's what was meant earlier by "cleaning your own side of the street."

Your resentments are your problems, not the other person's.

And remember, holding on to a resentment is you drinking poison, hoping
the other person dies.

Have fun with that...

I've said the same things several times and, once again, your failure to
understand it is your problem.
