Not really. The panel is simply trying to report to the central station.
After a while it will give up and go into a "trouble" mode. You need to
enter programming and reconfigure the panel not to send reports.
Jim Rojas has manuals for most panels, including that one. You can order it
for a few dollars from his website at www.tech-man.com.
