Runaway is when the panel runs away with itself...the normal time out for
siren time is not obeyed...won't disarm...etc...it runs away...pain in the
butt...usually means an immediate service call. Sends hundreds of signals
too, which pisses off central station...and if the panel is on 800 line it
can cost a lot of money in unneeded calls....also ties up the homeowner's
phone line. In general a runaway is a real pain.

In this case no siren, disarms fine just sends tons of signals
