My thing was always, "Can your system do this?"
Them: "Yes. Our system can do that."
"Does it require any extra hardware to do that."
Them: "No, it does not."
"Your system doesn't do what you said."
Them: "You didn't buy that software upgrade."
"Ok. No problem. Screw me once... No that's it. Just once. Never
again."
