I haven't been following this thread to closely but if you are talking
about changing the "System Ready" message on the RP1CAe2 keypad, and
you're using the Quickloader software, there's no reason that I know
of why it wouldn't take changes. I don't know what you are refering to
by "hexeditor" and I never need to read the help files so I don't
know what that's all about either. And I can't imagine what
"debugging" could be accomplished by temporarily changing the keypad
message. But, as a matter of fact, if you're using the Gemini 1632,
you could be right. That's the only upper end panel that I've never
changed the keypad message on. Although, I don't know why it would be
different than any other panel that the RP1.... keypad can be used
with. I can only suggest that if it doesn't take via the Quickloader
software, (although significantly longer to accomplish), you might try
to do it via the keypad.
