As soon as they became available I standardized on "custom English"
display keypads.  Every installation included at least one.  That was
part of our basic package.  Bear in mind that we were mainly catering
to West Hartford, Farmington Valley and a few other ritzy areas.  We
did an occasional job in Hartford but most of our jobs were for upper
middle income and above.  That wasn't an elitist thing -- it's just
who we ended up working for.  You do one doctor's home and if he
likes you he refers you to his friends, most of whom are also
doctors.  :^)
