no one is "stuck" doing anything!!!!
they are "bound" by the terms of the contract.
if they do not want to meet the terms, then don't sign.
it's as easy as that. why is it so hard for people to
understand that a contract is a contract?!?!?
what ever happened to people who actually PAY their bills??
