Unfortunately it's all hearsay.  Come to think of it, Sableman's formal
complaint to the Court (which resulted in the injunction against Jim) is
also based on hearsay (the unsupported testimony of one Mr. Yorkey), but
since Jim wasn't present (and not represented) the case proceeded
against him "in default".  What's really interesting is that Judge Boyle
ruled that Brinks could not submit evidence "ex partie" or under seal.
