| Unfortunately it's all hearsay. Come to think of it, Sableman's formal
| complaint to the Court (which resulted in the injunction against Jim) is
| also based on hearsay (the unsupported testimony of one Mr. Yorkey), but
| since Jim wasn't present (and not represented) the case proceeded
| against him "in default". What's really interesting is that Judge Boyle
