What pisses me off the most is that they must have either some
home-inspectors or realtors in their pocket and having them put little
decals on my alarm panels that say: For Service Call Brinks xxx-xxx-xxxx. I
figure they're giving spiffs for referals, the SELLING new systems to poor
folk that don't know any better. That VIA-30 was only 2 years old and
working fine...they don't even bother trying!
They won't try, again it isn't the panel they want to work with
Figure it this way, is it easier for a company or individual to provide
support on 50 panels or 4? Now you know why they wouldn't do the VIA-30.
Same thing if it were a 4110DL, DSC 1550 or anything else
As someone who has to deal with 200+ different models of panels I should
know :)

I never saw a purpose for it unless you needed 4 more wireless zones than
the Vista-10, I'd rather have 6 hardwire zones over 2.
