I was actually referring to the on board communicator.  My bad.  I should
have been clearer.  He'd still have to be a registered Dealer...  with the
appropriate licensing...  clearances...

Yes, of course...  Your "penchant" for omitting periods at the end of your
sentences saves about 10 milli seconds...

I can understand that.  What with riding the "bent", and slaving over your
computer...  trying out new software, helping a bunch of dealers that would
rather call you than read the freakin' manual...  :-))
