Yep... This is "our Robert"... Stir the pot, then complain (often to the
posters *employer*) about the result (all the while acting "the innocent"),
and ignore anyone that calls your experience (or the results of the recent
investigation into your business) into question...

Fixed your monitoring contract page yet?? It's so "rfresh"ing to find an
online dealer that's so chocker-block full of knowledge of "surveilance"
systems too... Selling "Alarm-Net" to a DIY is really a wonderful thing
you're doing as well... particularly since you have to be a Dealer with a
local CS that offers the service to activate it
(http://www.security.honeywell.com/hsce/solutions/alarmnet/)... Interesting
that you don't even bother mentioning this on your website. Is this
something you discuss with your customer during your usual two hour
"coaching" session??

BassHome Customer: OK... I've got my Alarmnet communicator all set up.
How do I program it?

Robert: Are you an Alarmnet Dealer?

BassHome Customer: Uhhmmmm... No. How do I become one?

Robert: You can't.

BassHome Customer: I want to activate my system. How do I do that??

Robert. You can't. You're not a Dealer.

BassHome Customer: I bought this unit and you said you would teach me how
to install and programm it.

Robert: Olson is a liar.

BassHome Customer. What??

Robert: Jiminex is a liar.

BassHome Customer: Who the heck is "Jiminex" and what does he have to do
with my system?

Robert: Graham is a liar, besides being a drunk, racist "Cracker" with no
job and no prospects because he also abuses drugs and small chickens.

BassHome Customer: We must be having a connection problem. I'll call you
back. <Click>

(Ring, Ring)

Robert's answering machine: Hello and Welcome to Bass Burglar Alarms/Bass
Home Electronics, the best in Screw-It-Up-Yourself systems. Unfortunately
we're busy serving other customers (that haven't purchased equipment they
can't use or install yet). Please leave a message or email us and we'll
get back to you sometime after we're back from visiting relatives in Brazil.
*Beep*. I'm sorry this mailbox is full. Please try again later.
