Now I read that again, it's somewhat stating the bleeding obvious :-)
(Any recent laptop being core/core2duo mobile based...)

What's probably more useful to say is that XP runs fine virtualised on a
core 2 duo mostly running fedora 7. I should think it would work fine on
a very low end core architecture cpu (eg the ULVs).
