Able1,

You're certainly right about that.  Actually, I didn't start playing around with programming until I got the "out of system" error on both keypads and they stopped responding to any inputs. Still not the right move, obviously.

The question is what can I do now to get into programming on my keypad that is stuck on "compat# error" and is unresponsive?
