RHC: It would be nice to think that people will learn to be smarter in
their shopping than they are now, but I certainly won't hold my
breath.

This will make you chuckle....early Xmas morning I get a call even
before I'm awake. Customer is leaving on vacation "right now" and
wants his calling list changed. So I tell him to send me an email with
the changes and he says his computer is down and he cant do that.
Don't you just love how some people plan.....

Jim, I thank you for the Xmas wishes and extend the same to you and
yours. Hopefully, some of the peace and goodwill of the season can
extend into the rest of the coming year in our newsgroup as well.
Being in New York city, I thought of you the other day when my
daughter and her boyfriend called from the skating rink at Times
Square to tell us they had become engaged to be married. I am happy
for them. Even in troubled times, with four family members / close
friends who have either died from cancer or are suffering from it
seriously, there is always happiness and hope somewhere that touches
our lives.
