Filters do a marvelous job of keeping things reasonably nice.

I don't follow Canadian politics so none of the names mean much to me.

That's just neocon nonsense you're hjearing from the idiots. Th reality is
that neither Hillary nor Barak has any plans to do anything regarding gun
control. The right-wing insist otherwise because they want to make sure that
all gun owners vote for the Repugnant candidate.

How about we discuss it over picanha at the local Brazilian bistro instead?
There's a great place in town where the steaks are great and the waitresses
are ... well, Brazilian. Alternatively, if you and your wife feel up for a
ride with us we could run down to Ft. Meyers where there's a churrascaria
(all-you-can-eat Brazilian barbecue). If you prefer we can just fire up the
grill and enjoy the pool right here. Angela is looking forward to seeing both
of you.

BTW, I just booked our trip for this fall. We'll be in Brazil for a couple of
months A friend from NJ is going fishing with me during our last week in
Brazil. You'd love that trip if you ever decide to go. The Amazon is
unspeakably beautiful, one of the most magnificent wilderness areas on the
planet. Next year it's a tossup whether I go to Costa Rica or Alaska but
either way I'll be fishing... :^)
