Re: New House Alarm - Am I locked out?



I don't have anything against big companies. They give us tons of business
(directly or indirectly). The fact that they use a contract that is like a
Chinese puzzle is between them and their customers. However when their
customer doesn't like their go to market approach and changes to a different
company because of it they really can't complain, which is what you seem to
be doing. Nevertheless such tactics may prove to be illegal one day in the
not too distant future. If that is what has been keeping their customer base
intact, then there could be some troubles on their bottom line really soon.
