It's heavy for a scooter, but nothing like a big touring bike weighs.

There's no manual clutch but the DeM mode lets you punch up almost to red line, flip up and repeat. It gets to speed pretty quickly
though I've never actually timed it. If the other rider had revved it up and popped the clutch, I suspect we'd have been close for
a few seconds before he outran me.
