Wrong (as usual).  She said it twice.  The reality is that Laura
Bush, like her idiot husband, is so far removed from the lives of
Americans that she hasn't a clue what's going on.  Worse, neither

That was carelessness.  In Laura's case it's that she just
doesn't care.  I'd explain the difference but you'd only be more
confused.
