Re: Same Old Northern



Northern was gobbled up by Pittway or Honeywell, I forgot which. This
usually happens to companies that forget who there customers are.

When ADI started selling direct to non alarm dealers, I knew they were in
trouble, and it would be just a matter of time when ADI would be sold. Low
and behold they were acquired by Honeywell 4 years later.
