Same Old Northern



After many years of refusing to do business with Northern Video I finally
broke down and decided to give them another try.  I bought a DVR from them.
A four thousand dollar DVR.  They charged me freight on it.  On top of that
it didn't ship for several days, and then it shipped from the other side of
the country leaving me trying to explain to my customer why their DVR wasn't
ready to go in yet.  Of course no calls from anybody at Northern and I when
I called them they acted like I was being unreasonable.  LOL.

I tried to get some pricing from them today just of the heck of it.  The guy
I spoke with acted like I was bugging him, and why the heck didn't I just
check pricing on their website.  Oooo  Kaaaayyy.  So can I get any pricing?
Apparently not.  He took all my part numbers and then left the building.  I
wonder if he even bothered to write them down.

Same old Northern.  Nothing has improved in the last eight years.  LOL.
