RHC: I've owned every make except for Harley, Ducati and MotoGuzzi. The old
English bikes were crap; I spent more time under them than on them. When
Honda came along with it's well made bikes, I bought a 305 Honda Dream. No
more oil leaks, no more poor electrics, no more mechanical breakdowns. That
sold me on Japanese machinery, and I've never looked back. I bought my
latest 1500 cc Kawasaki Nomad because it is a cross between the wonderful
and powerful V twin motor that made Harley famous, with the reliability of
any Japanese machine, and the comfort level (well almost) of a full blown
touring bike (like the Yamaha Venture 1200 that I used to have....). Plus it
was very reasonable in cost (at least compared to the Harley which was
$10,000 more for the equivalent bike...)

Kind of a "no brainer". Two weeks to go before it comes out of
storage......:)))))))))))))))))
