I prefer 22/4 solid, if it breaks its gone...I switch to the other
pair..with stranded you could have one single strand left causing a swing.
Like a mood swing? PMS?
Also, solid stands up to pulling multiple runs at one time when roughing in
a house...pulls much better too.
But, I use stranded when I think the situation calls for it.
Like if your car runs out of gas?
