If you're trying to decide between SPA3000 and SPA3102 - my decision
was based on the fact that the SPA3000 is obsolete and didn't want a second
hand unit (they were nearly the same price as a new SPA3102). I also didn't
want a HK copy. The 3102 is exactly the same apart from the extra router
feature which I turned off. I guess the advantage of this (which is why
it's designed like that) is that you can attach the WAN side to a DMZ port
on your main router (if you have a DMZ) or even use it as a main internet
router in your home (although it's probably less capable than a dedicated
router I'd guess).

Because they have sooooo many features and settings, there are a lot of
posts out there describing problems/echo etc with the units - but in my
recent experience, if you get all the settings correct, it seems to be
working well.
