RE: [OT] PBX in a Flash - choppy sound in a VM ?

Graham,

I tried booting the new kernel again last night and this time I actually
read what was on the screen !
Before the last line about the scroll wheel mouse were a bout four lines
saying "runaway loop modprobe binfmt-464c"

The problem was exactly what you said , I'd downloaded the 32bit version of
the tuned kernel .... DOH!!!!

Downloaded the latest version direct from centos site, recompiled (--force)
and now it works :)

It did come up with a lot of warnings during compilation... which I
ignored.

Also I can't recompile zaptel with the genzaptelconf command now , did you
recompile zaptel after installing the new kernel ?

Regards

Marcus

Hi Marcus

Yes, the error was shown on the boot-up screen.

Graham,

Did you get that actual error on the screen when booting ?
Mine just hangs after the scan for scroll wheel mouse.. no error or
anything.

Marcus
