RE: New lighting wiring
That *may* be ok as the overheating problems/catastrophic failures
were to
do with CFL lamps not LEDs. That said there could be problems if the LED
load is below the minimum load of the dimmer - I've seen LEDs flashing
on/off when the dimmer was supposedly in the off state - was a Lutron
leading edge dimmer from their Homeworks system though so an X10 dimmer may
have a different effect.

Ho Hum... I guess my plan to use an LD11, toggled 0% to 100% (by
Homevision) , as a quite relay to turn on some 12v LED bathroom lighting
(running on a 240v transformer) probably isn't a good idea then.
