That's why I think it should be HIS decision.

But if you vote and the vote goes against you, then complaining will do
no
good whatsoever because you are in the minority of those who did vote.
If Mark just does X then nobody can complain really - his list, you
don't
like it - tough, go form your own list.

Although if there is change then it'll end up as "if you don't comply
with
the new rules, you'll be thrown off the list" which is nearly as
bad.

IIRC, there were discussions about banning someone a few months back
because
they mailed in a confrontational manner/got in a few barneys with ppl -
this
was bordering on "you do not conform to my/our view of a suitable
UKHAer -
get off the list".  Didn't amount to anything in the end
ISTR.....
