Jason,

I don't think that would work really, in the same way that putting 'OT'
doesn't always work.
Different ppl have different ideas on what is/is not OT and topics can start
on or off topic and wander off in completely the other direction, so you'd
have to decide at what point you 'cut off' from one group and shift it to
the other....

Finally, those with all the experience would probably never subscribe to an
OT group so you wouldn't get the benefit of the experience anyway....
