So that means what? You know for fact they don't support those in need
of help? Ever heard of email? Maybe they don't want to post solutions
in newsgroups because others try to pawn the answers off on their
websites as their own rather than giving credit to the original author.

"Their" newsgroup? Is this newsgroup "yours"? Who owns this newsgroup?
Are you the owner? maybe you're the moderator, is that it? Exactly what
is your position here? Who is allowed and who isn't allowed to
contribute here and who determines what a contribution is? Do you know
for fact who is lurking and for how long they have lurked? Where is the
crystal ball, Oz?

Home automation solutions are something most alarm installers offer
through their business. If memory serves me correctly you also posted
your pro bAss nonsense in ASA on a regular basis when the flame wars
were at an all time high. You are quite an arrogant hypocrite.

First, the "useful" information he posts is the same "useful"
information he has pilfered from other installers or from simply
reading the manual. He hasn't had hands on experience with security
products in over 6 years.

Secondly, you & bAss are not the only ones allowed to post to more than
one group. It's only natural to expect the same people who hate each
other in ASA to hate each other in any other newsgroup they contribute
to. It appears that what some are doing is showing those in this
newsgroup that the bAss pollyanna parade is nothing more than a show
for this newsgroup. If bAss were to show his true colors in here his
revenue stream would take a hit.

I laugh when I compare bAss' ASA posts to his CHA posts. I could care
less how much he earns, posts, offers, and "educates". To me bAss is a
source of entertainment. Watching him post in here and seeing how you
lap dogs accept his every word while ignoring proof that he's a
scoundrel and con artist is comical. I hope it never ends.

There is no way to prove or disprove your claim but I find it highly
doubtful that your spam increase has anything to do with you posting
your feelings. This is more than likely another of your attempts to
cast stones at those who you despise.

Note to Brad:
I hope you find whatever it is that you are looking for, and please
don't think that just because you're a new poster here that anyone has
more rights than you.
Be careful of those offering to sell you products, and be cautious of
anyone who pretends to be in charge.
Good luck.
