Back when I was beta testing the CM14A, X10 suggested installing a second
transceiver to cover the entire house. So we had the CM14A at one end, and
a RR501 at the other end. It worked perfectly.

Here one centrally located RR501 covers the house and yard. It is a little
marginal from my workshop, probably due to the amount of galvanized ductwork
blocking the direct path.
