OT: Energy Efficiency

Since energy efficiency gets talked about a lot here, I thought this might
be of interest.

News articles have said this means $0.08-0.10 per kWHr which is competitive
with coal. It's likely the efficiency will be further improved and economies
of scale will further reduce costs.
