2) does not route x-10 so is apparently an "either-or" proposition (either
X-10 or Z-wave) unless your controller supports more than one TW523
interfaces simultaneously without conflicts. A much better way to do this
would be with a routing table or other means to maintain some addresses for
each protocol.

3) costs $160 US !
