You don't answer the questions that are put to you so why should I
believe you.  Is Rome NY cold enough for you.  I served on the base
fire department before Griffiss Air Force Base closed and I will
repeat we did not spend half a day every month emptying drum traps.  I
can only conclude that the systems you are dealing with were
improperly installed or are not properly maintained.  No matter how
cold it gets the water that is ending up in the drum traps has to come
from somewhere.  In an intact dry pipe system there is no source for
the water you are reporting.
