Again from a P1632, but its Napco Panel with wireless.

Protection Loop:
TROUBLE-REST> Area #1-370: (#30) (PROTECTION LOOP)

TAMPER> Area #1-383: **TESTING** [TVRS](#23) (SENSOR TAMPER)

Not sure what is going on with your 9600.  Hence why I figured I should set
one up and see what's different.  I already had the P1632 handy to play
with.
