I never filed one to begin with. The only thing I am guilty of is knowing
about it. I can't be held responsible for the fact that you got
investigated.

Where do you come up with this stuff? I never said that.

No argument, just would like to see what you are basing your assumptions on,
that's all.

They don't lack honesty. Maybe a caring attitude toward your business
activities, though. I really don't give two hoots about some little online
store business that has a less than questionable reputation. The facts are
the facts and anyone that reads these continuous threads about the legality
of your "entire" business activities can form their own opinion. The state,
in my opinion, probably would never persue you on their own without a
complaint being filed. Despite your ego and what you would like for people
to believe, you are a bug schmeer in the industry. I do know of websites
being shut down and 800 numbers being turned off. However these were severe
cases of fraud and deceipt, which I doubt you fall into. However, you have a
way of pissing people off and as long as there are things in the statutes
that you continue to bend, I would not be suprised to see someone file. You
will again step on someones toes here in Florida. You are the type that when
given an inch will take a mile. Each year the statutes get tighter and if
you don't keep up with them, well....I am sure this topic will surface
again.
