ADT 3000EN -- stop audible on arm

My alarm system has an audible warning for 60 seconds when I arm it.
The audible is fine when I enter the house, and disarm it -- but I'd
like to dispense with it when I'm arming it.  Can anyone tell me how to
program this?  The User's Guide isn't any help (except to say, the
audible is there "when programmed").
