Mugsy prefers to replace the panel with something he knows.  Presumably
there is at least one panel that he knows... somewhere.

When that fails he contacts Mark Reddinger and whines.  Reddinger doesn't
know much either, especially about Florida statutes but that's a different
issue.

Bob Worthy probably knows what I mean.  :^)
