  Why ground a panel?  Protect from surges of profanity?
Profanity identifies a person who promotes myths he cannot
defend.  Personal insult to prove his superiority.

  Provided by others are reasons for earthing or bonding a
panel.  G Morgan refuses to even read what he apparently does
not comprehend.  G Morgan has just conceded that he knows not
the technology behind his proclamations which is why he uses
profanity and personal attacks.
