Actually I hit "send" before I meant to and cancelled this post but
apparently your server didn't see fit to honour that.  Since then, I had
decided that arguing with the foremost liar in Usenet was pretty well
pointless.  "Fill your boots", Robert...  I've got "bigger fish" to fry
