With the Ademco stuff you will find yourself bouncing from three different
manuals; user, install, programming, and maybe even an addendum (i find this
annoying).

Eh? the installer manual has everything including the programming and user
stuff

What I hate is both the Installation and User manuals are for both the 15P
and 20P which gets confusing if you don't know the difference between the
panels


I also recommend setting it up on your kitchen table first, program it there
with the zones strapped out, connect phone line and send signals with it
under controlled situation...call the CS and see if they got the right
signal...then install the system in your house. This can save hours of
frustration looking for a problem that may not exist.

That panel should only be programmed in a den or living room, never on the
kitchen table, keeps the wife from getting pissed
