i've never heard the "Court" referred to as "the whole shootin' match"

the "Court" is the judge...not the Court Reporter, not the Clerk, not the
Bailiff...not the attorneys...jointly and severally

i got my j.d. in '79 and my LL.M (Legum Magister) in '82...quit reading that
bullshit from Lectric Law Library and listen to uncle pete
