The code Mr. Bass speaks of is the "USA" code.
More commonly known as a referrence to himself.
"U Stupid Ass".

What he says must be officiated by someone with
common sense of which Mr. Bass has none, nor does he
have a fire alarm license (which he can't pass the test)
to backup his stupid comments.
