My experience. Rural Isle of Wight. No unbundling in exchange (500
subscribers)
BT = hopeless technical support + good internet performance
O2 = good tecnical support + hopeless internet performance
BT Home hub works well (but only as a as a doorstop)
Fritz box works well as a modem router.
Now I've got rid of O2, I don't need to talk to BT.
Bliss.
